Welcome to AV Horeca Solutions. By accessing our website at www.avhorecasolutions.com or by placing an order or enquiry with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

AV Horeca Solutions is an authorized channel partner and dealer for:

• Pradeep Stainless India Pvt Ltd — for Pradeep, Aeonic and iBrew brand products

All products sold by us are genuine, authorized products with manufacturer warranty. We do not sell counterfeit, grey market or unauthorized products.

3. Product Information & Availability

• Product specifications, models and pricing are subject to change without prior notice
• All prices quoted are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise
• Product availability is subject to stock availability and manufacturer supply
• Images on our website are for reference purposes. Actual product may vary slightly
• We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion

4. Pricing & Quotations

• Prices displayed on our website and quoted via WhatsApp are indicative maximum selling prices
• Final pricing is confirmed at the time of order confirmation
• Discounts may be available on bulk orders at our discretion
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• GST will be charged as applicable under Indian tax laws

5. Orders & Payment

Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment or written confirmation from our authorised representative. Enquiries do not constitute confirmed orders.

Payment Terms

• For standard orders: 100% advance payment before dispatch
• For bulk/institutional orders: Payment terms as agreed in writing
• Accepted modes: Bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, cheque
• Orders are processed only after payment clearance

6. Delivery

• We offer same-day delivery within Hyderabad for orders placed before 12:00 PM (subject to stock availability)
• Delivery across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh is available
• Delivery timelines for other states are subject to carrier schedules
• Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping address
• Delivery charges (if any) will be communicated at the time of order confirmation
• We do not deliver to Tamil Nadu at this time

7. Returns & Replacements

Eligible for Return/Replacement

• Product received is different from what was ordered
• Product has a manufacturing defect confirmed by our service team
• Product was damaged in transit (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence)

Return Process

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp with photos/video of the issue
• Our team will assess and respond within 48 business hours
• Approved returns must be in original packaging with all accessories
• Replacement or refund will be processed within 7-10 working days of approval

8. Warranty

All products come with the manufacturer's standard warranty as provided by Pradeep Stainless India Pvt Ltd. Warranty terms vary by product category. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper use or installation
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage due to power fluctuations or improper electrical connections
• Cosmetic damage after delivery
• Damage due to unauthorized repairs or modifications

9. Service & Repair

AV Horeca Solutions is an authorized service centre for Pradeep, iBrew and Aeonic products. Service charges, parts costs and turnaround times will be communicated prior to undertaking any repair work. We are not responsible for any loss of business or indirect damages arising from equipment downtime during service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AV Horeca Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific product in question.

11. Geographic Restrictions

We currently do not serve customers in Tamil Nadu. Enquiries from Tamil Nadu will be declined. We reserve the right to modify our service areas at any time.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on our website including text, images, logos and design is the property of AV Horeca Solutions or our brand partners. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written consent. Brand names Pradeep, Aeonic and iBrew are trademarks of Pradeep Stainless India Pvt Ltd.

13. WhatsApp & Digital Communications

By contacting us via WhatsApp or providing your mobile number, you consent to receive product information, quotes, follow-up messages and promotional broadcasts from AV Horeca Solutions. You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP" or notifying us directly. We use Meta-approved WhatsApp Business API for communications.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

15. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly. Most complaints are resolved within 5 working days.
